NDC is continuing its expansion with a new strategic site in the Île-de-France region, in Vélizy-Villacoublay. Designed by Silvio d’Ascia Architecture and Egis for NDC, this next-generation data center offers unprecedented cooling flexibility, ranging from 100% air to 100% DLC (Direct Liquid Cooling), in order to meet a wide variety of cooling requirements. Seamlessly integrated into its urban environment, the site recovers and reuses its waste heat to supply heating to a neighboring student residence, designed by IF Architectes for Cogedim. This project embodies an exemplary approach to urban integration and showcases the expertise of the Altarea Group, the French leader in low-carbon urban transformation.
