Altice France is the telecommunications group that owns SFR, France’s second-largest telecom operator, serving nearly 26 million residential, business, and government customers, as well as other operators. Its FTTH fiber-optic network covers more than 40 million eligible connections nationwide, complemented by near-complete 4G coverage and the 5G infrastructure that SFR was the first to deploy in France. This dual fixed and mobile backbone forms the foundation of the group’s business operations, driven by its subsidiary SFR Business.
