Specialising in IP telephony, IP Austria Communication GmbH is a Vienna-based operator and the first Austrian company to have implemented Voice over IP. The company, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2025, operates an all-IP network designed for voice communications, at the heart of Europe. It relies on an in-house developed carrier platform for monitoring, fraud management, billing, order processing and number portability. Its voice services cover more than 60 countries. For business connectivity, IP Link offers copper and fibre connections: standard internet access, voice circuits or Layer 2 links between sites, with optional redundancy and real-time monitoring. The range also includes SIP trunks, integration with Webex and Teams, mobile offerings (SIM, eSIM, IoT) and Cloudflex Pro, a cloud PBX hosted in Austria, complemented by AI-powered telephone assistants. On the wholesale side, the U-COM white-label platform enables partners – including operators and resellers – to manage their customers and billing.
