Vienna 1 is located in southern Vienna, about 6 km from the city center. Vienna is a natural gateway to Central and Eastern Europe, and many international corporations have their regional headquarters there.
The facility offers 8,500 m² of IT space and up to 15.4 MW of IT power, with 2N UPS systems and N+1 backup generators. Thanks to free cooling, no chillers are required as long as the outside temperature remains below 16 °C. Customers also have access to 1,000 m² of office and meeting space.
Vienna 1 is operator- and cloud-neutral. It is connected to the VIX, Austria’s main Internet exchange point, and offers dark fiber and redundant meet-me rooms.
